Area Leader Jim Kennaugh joined Englewood Winnelson (then N. O. Nelson) in 1985 with little more than a humble, hard-working background as a bus boy for a high-end Denver restaurant. From his start as a delivery driver and working his way through every department and position, Jim became President of Aurora Winnelson in 1993 and shared his knowledge and experience as a sponsor with fledgling companies like Littleton (now Denver) Winnelson, and Steamboat Springs Winsupply. He served as an Area Coordinator from 1998-2004, and in 2008, took on his current role as Area Leader.
