Susan Verschoor is a Senior Vice President and Senior Benefits Consulant with the Employee Benefits team of USI Insurance Services in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Susan brings more than 30 years of experience in employee benefits insurance brokerage and underwriting, including 12 years with a major health insurance carrier. She was with Wells Fargo Insurance Services for 20 years prior to USI Insurance purchasing Wells Fargo Insurance in December 2017.
Susan’s focus is on assisting large, complex organizations with total reward and benefit strategy, design and implementation, developing innovative but realistic solutions, and maximizing ongoing program performance. She has special expertise in wellbeing and creative engagement strategies that now take into account employee financial wellness, as well as meet the different generational expectations of her clients’ workforce.
Susan earned her B.A. Degrees in Chemistry and Economics from Duke University. She is Board President of Cancer Family Care in Cincinnati. She was an Executive Board member for Dress for Success Cincinnati for over 10 years. .
