Jenny Matthews is a Senior Account Executive for Employee Benefits in the Cincinnati office of USI Insurance Services. With over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, Jenny enjoys working with large employers to develop strategies to manage costs, while improving the health and welfare of employees and their family members. She incorporates well-being initiatives, chronic disease management, strategic vendor partnerships, and robust and multi-faceted communications to meet employees where they are.
Jenny obtained the prestigious Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation in 2006 and maintains ongoing Fellowship status in that program, currently serving as President of the Southwest Ohio chapter for the CEBS national organization.
