Shelly Joiner began her career with Winsupply in 2003 as a member of the WinSupport team, then moved to IT in 2005 and advanced through the years (and countless projects) to assume the leadership role of Operations IT. Among her many responsibilities, she works closely with local company presidents, employees, and other IT teams to develop new tools and features in WISE according to company priorities and project requests. Shelly visits local companies to provide training and gather feedback on new programs, and stays up to date on the newest technology and IT trends to help Winsupply expand its ever-growing footprint in the industry.
