Kathleen Blanchard has been involved in the plumbing industry for over 30 years working for her father’s residential plumbing company for most of them. She started working with Milford Winnelson in November 2010 as office manager. Kathleen promoted to outside sales in 2014 until she was promoted to Operations Manager in 2018. She has currently accepted a position as a Field Trainer with the Winsupply Training team as of July 2021. Kathleen’s hobbies include spending time with her five grandchildren, kayaking, hiking and traveling as much as possible.
