In 2016, Melinda South joined the Technical WinSupport team and quickly became familiar to local companies as a friendly, helpful voice at the other end of the phone line. After rapidly grasping the basics of the industry and eager to learn the complexities of our business, she was recently recruited by the Training & Integration Team. Through both in-person and virtual training sessions, Melinda gives new local companies and acquisitions a head start by sharing her knowledge, and guiding them through WISE and related processes & procedures.
