Austin started as a Warehouse Associate at Syracuse Windustrial 11 years ago, assuming a number of responsibilities including President, then moved on to Triple Cities Windustrial and Mt. Pleasant Winsupply as an Outside Sales and Operations Manager hybrid. In these first nine years, he was able to glean best practices and procedures from many successful presidents and personnel. Now for the past two years, Austin has brought that diverse experience and perspective to Training Services as the field training team lead.
