Kyle Buxton joined Winsupply as a driver in January of 2000 and became president of his first local company a year later. After three years, he moved into a larger market, leading a local company that was on the verge of being closed. After turning the company around and maintaining six years of growth, he became an Area Leader in 2010. Kyle’s mission is to help local company presidents develop teams that implement the very best processes to ensure that customers can stay on the job and remain productive, and profitable. He believes that local companies that can deliver this level of service are more valuable than their lower priced competitors, allowing continued growth while earning higher gross margin, maintaining operational efficiency (keeping expenses low), and ensuring high profitability.
