Area Leader Tom Schleisner started his career working for a smaller HVAC distributor, but knew that he wanted to eventually start his own company in the industry. In 1994, he took a leap of faith and opened Janesville Winair with the vision of bringing quality products and services to an under-served market. From zero sales and zero customers, he grew his local company into a reputable HVAC supply house, and his passion to help develop HVAC within Winsupply led him to step up to the Area Leader position in 2011. Tom works closely with local companies that want to expand their HVAC business and take advantage of the Spirit of Opportunity that Winsupply offers.
