From modest beginnings as a delivery driver at Lincoln Windustrial in 2001, Eric Leatherman quickly advanced to MDTP classes in 2004, then founded Lincoln Winwater in 2007. Since then, he and his outstanding team have grown Lincoln Winwater into a model local company, consistently in the top 50 for OPAT. He has also shared his expertise to help several new Winsupply local company presidents achieve the Spirit of Opportunity. In 2011, he was tapped as an Area Coordinator in Nebraska, and he became a Winsupply Area Leader in August of 2020.
