Andy Holmes can look back on more than four decades in the P-HVAC wholesale industry, but he came to Winsupply midway through his career. After years in sales and management for traditional wholesalers, he was introduced to the Winsupply model, which allowed him to unleash his entrepreneurial ability and ideas. With the freedom to finally make his own business decisions, he started Coastal Winair in 1999, the first Win location in Maine. Andy has introduced many existing Presidents to the Win opportunity since then, and in 2011 he became the Northeast Area Leader so that he could continue to recruit, coach, and consult local companies full time.
